La Rose Clinic Terms of Services
1. Background
These Terms and Conditions are the standard terms for the provision of services by MedPro Aesthetics Ltd, trading as La Rose Clinic, registered in England under number 13027559, whose registered address is 59 Leighton Road, London, England, NW5 2QH and whose main trading address is Unit 3A Ground Floor, Lion Court, 13-25 Proctor Street, London WC1V 6NY.
2. Pre-Paid Packages
We provide pre-paid packages at La Rose Clinic, enabling clients to pay for multiple treatments in advance. While this is a great option that allows clients to save money on treatment costs, we do not provide refunds based on clients changing their minds or changing circumstances Please refer to our Refund Policy in Clause 6 for further information.
3. Discount Policy
At La Rose Clinic we may, at times, offer discounts to our clients or prospective clients. These discounts are subject to change.
At La Rose Clinic it is common for us to offer discounts on our treatment prices, making our services more affordable for the public. However, such discounts are subject to change and will only run as specified in any publications or advertisements displayed on our platforms or in our clinics. If clients apply discounts, while they are valid, to payments for treatments at a later date or treatment packages, any discount applied will still be valid at the time of treatment.
Any discounts offered cannot be applied in conjunction with any other offers, unless on the rare occasion that an advertisement or clinic management has specified it is possible to do so. Our usual terms of service will still apply where discounts have been applied and we will assume that you agreed to our usual conditions where you have you have paid for discounted treatments.
4. Clients’ Responsibility to Fill Pre-Treatment Questionnaire Forms Honestly and Accurately
To ensure that our treatments are carried out to the highest degree of safety, we rely upon clients’ honesty and accuracy on aspects such as medical history and allergies when filling out our Pre-Treatment Questionnaire Form. We, therefore, require that you competently carry out your responsibility of filling your Pre-Treatment Questionnaire Form and Consent (or Ongoing Consent) Forms to the best of your knowledge and keep any of our doctors or therapists providing you with treatments informed of any relevant changes.
5. Consultation Policy
To proceed with treatment as a new client, or as a client considering undergoing a different kind of treatment, consultation beforehand is mandatory for health and safety purposes. Consultations can be carried out by our doctors, practitioners, or nurse prescribers depending on the requested appointment.
· You can book a free treatment consultation with one of our practitioners at the clinic. Upon booking the consultation, your card details will be stored on our system, and a no-show fee will apply if you do not attend.
· In order to book a treatment consultation with one of our doctors or nurse practitioners, you will be required to pay a £50 deposit which will be set off against the total price of your treatment.
6. Refund Policy
We are happy to provide refunds where compelled to do so under UK Consumer Law, however, refunds will not be provided merely because of change of mind or circumstance and will be in accordance with our Cancellation Policy in Clause 8.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you discuss the probable outcomes of treatment with our healthcare professionals before enrolling in treatment.
7. Deposit Policy
At La Rose Clinic, full payment is required in advance for treatments under £100, while treatments over £100 require a 50% deposit. Deposits will be applied to the total treatment cost, with any remaining balance payable on-site.
8. Cancellation Policy
At La Rose Clinic, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate all our clients’ needs. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for appointment cancellations. To ensure a fair and respectful approach to scheduling, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
8.1 Appointment Cancellation:
a. We kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
b. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee.
8.2 Cancellation Fees:
a. For cancellations made within less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost will be charged.
b. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total service cost will be charged.
c. In the event of a no-show (failure to cancel or reschedule without prior notice), a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total service cost will be charged.
8.3 Late Arrivals:
a. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your appointment. However, please note that arriving significantly late may result in a reduced service time.
b. If you arrive less than 15 minutes late, your appointment will proceed within the remaining scheduled time, with no additional time granted.
c. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to consider it a no-show and proceed with the cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total service cost.
8.4 Rescheduling:
a. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in rescheduling appointments when necessary.
b. If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible, preferably at least 48 hours in advance, to avoid any cancellation fees.
8.5 Refunds:
a. Cancellation fees are non-refundable and will be charged to the credit card on file or collected before scheduling the next appointment.
b. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance or issue on our part that results in the cancellation of your appointment, a full refund or the option to reschedule will be provided.
9. How We Use Your Personal Information (Data Protection)
We will only use your personal information as set out in Our Privacy Policy available on our website.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, the Contract, and the relationship between you and Us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England & Wales.
Any dispute, controversy, proceedings, or claim relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
